We propose to dramatically increase the scale of our partners' construction business, using the production capacity of our factory for the manufacture of houses, hotels, schools, and other buildings. Together with each partner, we develop their series of projects and material specifications. The houses will be delivered anywhere in Central Europe under our partner's trademark. Due to the off-site modular system, up to 95% of the completion of the object is produced in our factory, which allows our partners to complete the object in a few days. The off-site modular 3D construction system can revolutionize the efficiency of the construction industry and bring about qualitative changes in speed, quality, and predictability. Using our many years of experience as well as state-of-art construction solutions, we implement the most important processes at the factory so that the works at the construction site are as quick, simple, and predictable as possible. As most of the design, engineering, and finishing works have already been completed before the house is delivered on-site, we drastically reduce the time and cost of construction, minimize the chance of defects, accelerate logistics, and fundamentally increase the predictability of the budget and deadlines.
