Founded in 2007, Desert Vista Consulting, LLC (DVC) is a consulting firm that provides evaluation, applied research, strategic planning, and other consulting services. Our mission is to build capacity within safety-net organizations and across community partners to transform the service delivery environment to improve the health and well-being of individuals with health and behavioral health conditions. We accomplish this by working with clients to strengthen the effectiveness of health and behavioral health providers to improve care delivery, demonstrate the effectiveness of programs and services, and document promising models and practices that lead to sustainable systems change. Our work is driven by our commitment to help health and behavioral health service systems move toward outcomes-based care and develop capacity to demonstrate the effectiveness of the programs and services they provide to ensure long-term financial sustainability. We are dedicated to providing innovative ideas and solutions to address the challenges faced by public and private sector service organizations, and we share a strong commitment to working toward a more equitable world. DVC offers evaluation and consulting services that target safety-net system transformation by building the capacity and business case for improved outreach, engagement, assessment, and care coordination for complex, high-need patients. DVC also works to facilitate the cross-provider and system data sharing that integrated care requires.
