She also works with children and young people helping them to nurture their mental health and build resilience. She has amassed over hours in coaching and training experience working with individuals and teams across organisations such as Cisco Systems, HP, Microsoft, IBM, Google, Institute of Engineering and Technology, FactSet, DLA Piper LLP, Wates Construction, McGregor Boyall, The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Dunton Gregory LLP; working across various industry sectors such as law, financial services, technology, construction, accountancy, marketing, sales, broadcasting and education. Desi understands how vitally important clear and effective business presentation and communication skills are in order to achieve successful commercial outcomes. She is passionate about helping executives, employees, small business owners and graduates transform their presence and make a powerful impact in any kind of public speaking and become powerful communicators. In her previous career, she spent 10 years working in TV Production and has a deep understanding in how to become an influential and confident communicator.
