Design & Align was established in 2021 by Katy Stevenson Bretton - a business and mindset coach who works with interior design professionals, helping them to build profitable businesses with purpose. After 10 years managing multi-million pound investment projects for London’s City Hall, followed by 7 years running a successful interior design studio, Katy trained as a coach and is now on a mission to support designers to break out of the feast to famine cycle and build their business in alignment with their lives, whilst increasing their impact and their income. Empathetic, intuitive and highly skilled at asking the right questions, Katy is committed to helping ambitious interior design business owners to go from under-booked and underpaid to consistently attracting dream clients, pricing for profitability, and growing their business without sacrificing their soul or their sanity.
