For over 20 years Design Construction Concepts has provided Design/Build services in the specialty areas of: high-end custom residential, commercial, retail mix-use and medical type projects. Whatever your needs may be, we take time to listen to our clients vision and goals for their space and take great pride in completing projects on time, on budget, safely and successfully. One of the many things that make our company unique is that unlike most general contracting companies, we have an architectural background. As a result, our approach to construction is a little different. We are interested in the design concept and “preserving that concept during the construction. As a result, we are able to help in expediting issues that arise during the construction process that can cause time delays and extra costs.
