Established since 1991, Design Core is multi-disciplinary, nationally working studio for design space located in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our principal architects are Ar. Manish Choksi & Ar. Urvi Choksi. Architect Manish Choksi – A Creative Genius is well known for his space planning and modern designing. Architect Urvi Choksi – Our Savior. Handles operations and gets work done from team with pure perfection and art. As architects of identity and Interior Designers by demand they have conceived and constructed residential buildings, interiors, and landscapes, develop products and communication measures. They envisaged an office that employed a team of 60 plus covering all elements of interior and architectural practice. This multidisciplinary team facilitated a multifaceted approach ensuring an initial concept could be developed, detailed and successfully delivered through to final stages. Comprehensive and continuously updated knowledge of international trends in design, lifestyle and art as well as of newest technologies and materials influence their work. In short, their projects reflect space utilization and sophisticated counterpoint between aesthetics and rationale. With more than projects to their credit, current interior and architectural works include banks, corporate offices, factories, schools and institutes, hospital, holiday homes and individual residences.
