Our work consists primarily of residential and tenant improvement projects, we also provide supplemental drafting services for designers and permit procurement services for homeowners and general contractors, managing projects through the permit approval process. Our studio has been in business for 6 years now and we have experience engaging with LADBS, LA County Public Works, OC Public Works, City of Santa Monica, and San Bernardino County agencies amongst others.
