DESMA USA, Inc, is the only full service solution provider in North America for rubber injection molding solutions. We provide quality German engineered rubber injection molding machines and domestically designed molds by our North American Manufacturing Center (NAMC). We also design and provide integrated automation solutions. Typical industries served are: electrical, pharmaceutical, automotive, oil, gas, military and industrial products. DESMA has experience in various elastomers such as EPDM, silicone, NBR, SBR, and fluoroelastomers. DESMA USA employs persons in customer service, sales, field service, testing, software development and engineering. Our facility is equipped with overhead cranes (20 tons and 5 tons) to assist in machine, mold and tooling projects. We also have a demonstration laboratory with vertical and horizontal presses from 50 to 630 US tons and various injection capacities. Our Customer Care Center maintains a substantial inventory of spare parts to support customers and is staffed with tenured industry professionals dedicated to keeping our customers running efficiently and profitably.DESMA USA also rebuilds machinery and provides control system retrofits to maintain legacy support for DESMA machines in the field. Our North American Manufacturing Center (NAMC) is equipped with five CNC vertical milling centers (including 5-axis mills), turning centers, surface grinders and other equipment to build and assemble precision tooling. NAMC Tooling systems are developed with in-house engineers and designers that also oversee production and final testing.In our demonstration lab we work to confirm proper cavity balance, venting, filling and article quality of our tools. Our molds are shipped ready to run, saving you time and money. DESMA USA employs three persons in Mexico dedicated to sales, installation and field service. In 2007 we became the North American representative for Wickert Hydraulic Presses, another German equipment company.
