WHO WE ARE: DesTechAZ brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and government officials together to discuss and collaborate in making Arizona the next technology metropolis. Working together, we will accelerate the growth of Arizona’s vibrant technology community and build a framework that supports innovation all the while making a meaningful and lasting contribution to our community and the world. Special guests will be there to share the vision of Arizona’s 21st century economy. The celebration is so big this year we made it a two-day event at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess on October 16th and 17th. Day 1 will include high- level round table discussions, a pitch competition and a celebration reception with Steve Wozniak. The next evening promises to be a night full of stars and big announcements with a reception that starts at 5 pm, followed by a high-energy, high-profile dinner celebration that is designed to showcase all of the great efforts Arizona is making to pave the way to becoming the next big technology metropolis.
