The management of Destiny Management Consultants has been active skills development consultants in the industry for over 11 years, and since 2011 as registered Assessors and Moderators for ETQA’s like LG SETA, PSETA, TETA, SERVICES SETA and ETDP SETA. Hitherto we have worked as independent consultants until the widening scope of work demanded nothing short of consulting as an independent Institution. Destiny Management Consultants offers skilling solutions through an elastic network of professional consultants who are highly erudite in various disciplines; some with experience that goes beyond our African quarters - having had privilege to train, tutor and mentor as far as Europe. We pride ourselves in capacity that's why we use the term "elastic" for our network. This simply put means: we are able to bring together particular skill sets as broad as our skills catchment and as specific as client requirements. Following the current wave of Outcomes Based Training in South Africa, Destiny Management Consultants offers a competitive range of learning programs that contribute to goals of the new South Africa National Qualification Framework (NQF). The offerings are career focused Outcomes Based Education and Training (OBET) that enhance the prospects of employment and self-employment for its valuable learners. In view of the ever-increasing demand for improved quality of education, training and development, Destiny Management Consultants has embarked on a quality assurance Programme aimed at being awarded “Accreditation” by PSETA, LG SETA, SERVICES SETA, HWSETA, ETDP SETA and other ETQAs.
