Our fresh approach to the consulting model will be welcomed by clients who are looking for bright, well trained and motivated consultants. We help young professionals ‘bridge the gap’ between academia and business by giving world class mentoring and training. We then deploy them into corporate organisations to undertake ‘business as usual’ or project roles. They then receive the benefit of on-going development as part of our ‘Junior leader’ programme. We are delighted that Colin Webster and the FISER group are joining us on this journey and we're looking forward working with the team again.
