Our goal is to transcend from a local business to a business that stretches across North America with multiple offices and clients in each new city. By the end of this year, our focus is on expanding into 5 new markets; places like Cleveland, Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, and Pittsburgh just to name a few. We have a set list of 10 more clients that want to take us on as a program not just here in Detroit, but in the other markets that we have set our sights on. In order for that to happen, we need to have a core team of people who’s vision is set upon making a name not for the company, but for themselves; becoming an individual that can take on these expansions. Our goal Is to develop the next person, not the people who are in the management roles. They have achieved an amount of success that is further beyond than what most people think of. The individuals that will take on our company goals as their own to propel their career and future.
