We are experts in processing thermoplastic high-performance plastics, as well as in precision tool and mold making, and specialists in automation and testing systems. In close collaboration with customers and suppliers, we produce high-precision plastic components – reliable, precise and innovative. INJECTION MOLDING: With over 90 injection molding machines ranging from 40 to 400 tons of clamping force, we also process high-performance plastics such as PEEK and PPS. Through our in-house process development, we ensure the highest quality standards. Thereby, we ensure a high level of cost-efficiency through automated manufacturing processes. PRODUCT FINISHING: To finish our plastic components, we use manufacturing processes such as ultrasonic welding, chrome plating, O-ring assembly, fully automated pin insertion, and many more. In addition, we develop and implement new processes based on customer requirements. MOLD MAKING: Our in-house mold making with design ensures the production of precision tools meeting the highest standards -with up to 640 cavities- based on many years of experience. Because of short internal processes, we offer maximum speed and flexibility. This allows us to execute projects efficiently and on schedule.
