About Us: Established in 1990 by an aspiring and diligent civil engineer (Sekhar S R Devata) who worked as a site engineer in Hyderabad, India for almost a decade before returning to his hometown (Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India) with the sole purpose of offering better housing and commercial building solutions with higher rates of return on the investment within reach of his hometown's residents.
