Once you are completely happy with our proposal this will be designed, delivered and evaluated. Develop Your People’s founder Matt Brown has over 20 years’ experience in corporate Learning and Development specialising in Leadership and Management Development, Interpersonal/Professional Skills and HR Processes. As well as in the UK, Matt has experience of delivering training in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Matt brings “real life” management experience to his courses, having worked in management roles for over 13 years before moving into Learning and Development.
