The Developer Factory aims to nurture IT specialists able to enter the job market with market based skills and experience – making them more able to successfully conclude any task as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Our key objectives are: • Bridging the gap between theoretical tutelage and practical implementation of skills and abilities; • Providing insight into the career development path of an Apprentice; • Develop tangible practical IT skills for the South African market; • Improving the calibre of skilled persons entering the job market; • Assist in the development of IT entrepreneurs with relevant skills and support.
