Our team values the use of evidence-based approaches in treatment and assessment. Team members integrate strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Our psychologists work collaboratively with clients and their families to individualize the treatment approach to best fit with each client’s unique needs and goals. Our team’s vision is to help clients work towards a valued life. Our team also values regular collaboration and consultation with other professionals, continued education and training, and providing clinical training/supervision to graduate students and early professionals.
