Our CEO, Nicola Tenyue, is an author and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with 7 years’ clinical experience working with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), gained working within the NHS and at Goldsmith University in London. We are well aware of the importance and the benefits that nurturing self-development from a young age can have on an individual’s achievements, health and wellbeing and life success.
