Developmate

The mission of the Developmate is the creation of an exciting experience for product and development teams trainees to improve people skillset and grow up the efficiency of process and approach of the whole teams. We are training the teams and individual specialists using real product teams approach simulation on our products. And evangelize as-a-reality approach, pushing the projects to publish as a result. This way, our trainees and the whole teams getting real work experience with the result confirmed by published project. We provide a full product cycle framework, processes and methodologies learning. The projects are created for growing skillset and methodology understanding of product teams. The main goal is the training of teams on different kinds of product and team format using a mostly convenient methodology, tools and approach. What we provide on the projects: Experience with a good team – Business Analysts, Designers, Product Manager, QA engineers, Developers. The project is not under NDA - you can freely show it in your portfolio Recommendations for your CV and employers Production culture: planning, risk management, estimation, management of expectations. Who can participate in the project: Trainee — a person after courses or retraining and still without real work experience, who does not have enough experience, practical knowledge and skills in order to get a dream job. A practicing specialist, who needs a mentor for further professional growth and a team in order to hone those skills that cannot be worked on at work. Or wants to develop horizontally, into an adjacent area.
