Development Works Changemakers (DWC) is a team of talented changemakers committed to positive advancement and social development. Our experts use tools and methodologies like evaluation and research, forensics for social justice, capacity building and empowerment, communities of practice, intern incubation and leadership development to inform evidence-based policy-making, support the nonprofit and development sector and advance societal change. Since 2003, our core team of professional staff has worked with a long-standing, carefully selected network of partners and other technical experts to provide a range of targeted services, deliver exceptional value to our clients, and support and strengthen South Africa's development sector.
