Through the process participants explore the limitations of business as usual approaches, create shared understanding, and in doing so, learn more about themselves, each other and their community. Our facilitated teleconference series provides a safe space for like-minded leaders to explore challenging issues, share best practices and support one another in furthering both their personal and professional development.
