The brewery was founded in Spring 2017 by Byron Knight (co-founder of Beavertown) and Ben Taub. Having been gypsy brewing up until the end of last year, Deviant & Dandy moved into their own premises in January 2018. The team is now completed by Paul Logan who joins the brewery as head brewer from Camden Town Brewery. Deviant & Dandy is committed to producing new and unique styles of beer while remaining true to traditional heritage styles from the US and Europe.
