Deyaar Community Management (Deyaar CM) LLC formerly known as Deyaar Owners Association Management LLC (DOAM) was established in 2009 as a subsidiary of Deyaar Development PJSC. Since its inception, the division has been successful in delivering optimum results for homeowners. Deyaar CM is mandated to ensure the well-being of communities by serving them as a valued management partner. Deyaar CM aims to protect and enhance the value of assets within managed communities through professional administration, diligent contract supervision and cost control. Deyaar Community Management currently manages a portfolio of over units across 32 communities, and oversees all technical, environmental, security, nancial, administrative and customer service tasks. The Deyaar CM's wide array of unrivalled quality management services is not limited to Deyaar properties alone. We provide the same eective and ecient management, under contract, to communities in non-Deyaar developments.
