This consultancy is the brainchild of its founder, Ms. Sinimol Noushad, FRICS who set out to synergize her collective Contract Management and Quantity Surveying experience to provide dedicated and priceless expertise to Clients in both the Public and Private Sectors in UAE. DPC is run by professionals with a solid track record of Quantity Surveying and Contract Management both at consultancy and construction levels. Dezire Project Consultant (DPC) is a financial consultant of the construction industry and our training and experience qualify us to advise on cost and contractual arrangements; and to prepare tender procurement and contract documents. DPC acts in conjunction with the Property Development Managers, Architects, Consulting Engineers, other Professional Consultants and Contractors to safeguard the Client’s interest.
