DFA-Tools Ltd. develops and sell DFA-Tool® SW for developing product assembly and manufacturing. DFA-Tools Ltd has a strong experience in design and development of mechanics and electronics products and assembly process. Integrating Design for Assembly into CAD design process is our core competency. DFA-Tool® is a PC software designed for evaluating product assemblies. With this software tool the designer receives numeric information about the quality of the assembly, assenbly time, tools needed and most potential construction changes. Also some aspects of assembly automation are revealed. The latest version 3.3 of DFA-Tool® is available since 2013. New features in this version include advanced analysing of screw fastening and additional information about micro assembly automation. The displaying of results is even more thorough in the new version with full compatibility with MS-Excel®. Also many smaller changes significantly rise the overall value of the product. The outlook and of DFA-Tool® has been revised as well. There are larger and easier to see and use buttons as well as illustrational pictures embedded into the user interface. The next version of DFA-Tool® will seamlessly be integrated with major 3D design systems. The bill of materials and parts lists will easily be imported from CAD to DFA-Tool®.
