DFK Malta: Three Decades of Professional Experience at Your Service. Our firm, originally called 'Farrugia, Farrugia & Co.', was founded in February 1990. In 1993, we changed our name to DFK Malta after becoming members of DFK International, an association of independent accounting firms worldwide. DFK Malta provides various services to clients in all major sectors thanks to the expertise and technical knowledge of our partners, directors, and staff and our strong relationships with other network firms worldwide. We offer our services through three distinct entities:(i) DFK Malta, which provides Audit and Assurance services;(ii) DFK Malta Tax & Consultancy Limited, which primarily provides Tax Services, Business Advisory Services, Accountancy and Consultancy services, Residence Advisory services; and DFK Malta Corporate Services Limited provides Corporate Advisory and Support services and Fiduciary services.
