DFT Games Studios is an Irish-based independent game studio that has been in business since February 2009. It was founded by Pino and Marina De Francesco. The studio specialises in cross-platform development using state-of-the-art tools like Unity, Unreal Engine and next-generation texturing with Substance Designer and Substance Painter. DFT Games provides custom development and game re-skinning from its portfolio to offer its customers the broadest range of options. On the Server side, DFT Games implements SmartFoxServer 2X, App42 (AppWarp) or Photon, depending on the specific customer requirement. The studio offers bespoke services for game design, monetisation plans and implementation. DFT Games operates as a family at its core but also avails of a network of carefully selected contractors, so it’s capable of dealing with any request, from the simplest re-skin to complex MMO projects. “DFT Games Studios” is the trading name of The DFT Initiative Limited, an Irish Private Company Limited by Shares.
