At DGSM Architecture we pride ourselves on making the design process as straight forward as possible, offering our services for competitive prices. The two main steps of ‘Concept' and 'Development' are our preferred stages of working. Depending on where you are with your project or projects we can provide services for these stages. Our services are summarised in the list below (in process order), which are provided appropriately depending on your project type and situation. We have the potential to see a project through from start (initial concept) to finish (completion of construction) in line with the following stages: 1. Architectural consultation 2. Architectural design 3. Spatial design 4. Spatial visualisations 5. Planning drawings 6. Planning application submission 7. Arranging structural engineering 8. Building regulations 9. Construction drawings and inspection In addition to working with other typical structural systems; we also offer Timber Frame Design (designed to be on-site construction, pre-fabrication or Structural Insulated Panels, otherwise known as SIPs).
