DHJ Services is a woman and minority-owned healthcare consulting firm. Our mission is to ensure that health policy and healthcare delivery are centered in equity that leads to improved health, quality, and care. Working in clinical care, health policy, and consulting across community, government, and business settings, DHJ Services focuses on improving outcomes for vulnerable populations, creating equitable healthcare policy, and building public-private partnerships to achieve change. We work to improve clinical outcomes, promote health equity, and empower consumers to partner in their own healthcare. Fundamentally, we work to transform the healthcare system. The DHJ team brings the breadth and depth of experience to concurrently solve problems across scale, from the patient level to system change. To identify strategies to embed diversity, inclusion, equity, and access into goals, practices and policies, we address the social determinants of health by integrating population health strategies with social service delivery. To instigate policy changes that will increase trust in medicine, we offer coaching, mentoring, capacity-building, and community and professional outreach in research, patient, and workforce settings. To support strategic planning and quality improvement, we facilitate multi-stakeholder learning collaboratives.
