DHKK are a firm of general practice Chartered Surveyors that operate across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders. The Firm formed in 2008 following the amalgamation of the long-established Edinburgh firms of Dixon Heaney and Kean Kennedy. Our experienced surveying team are all fully-qualified members of the RICS and operate as Registered Valuers under the Valuer Registration Scheme. We undertake all forms of valuation for residential property and hold the full range of lender panel appointments. In addition to valuation the Firm also offers energy assessment services for all property types. Our energy assessors can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for both residential and commercial property. We can also provide Section 63 Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) as required.
