Di Foster was founded in 2017 with the mission to help executives reach their fullest potential and become better leaders in business. Through speaking at numerous events across Australia and New Zealand, Di has been drawing upon both her business experience and personal hardships to deliver presentations that help transform the mindset of leaders worldwide. As well as this, Di is radically changing organisations by helping executives feel less isolated, be more self aware and have the confidence to drive their team to success, through the support of her Executive Advisory Program. She continues to eradicate the generalisation that all coaches use a one size fits all approach by taking on a limited amount of clients each year to create tailored solutions for each their unique goals and challenges. Over the past few years, Di has worked with hundreds of clients across multiple industries including Ray White Real Estate, Advisory Board of Amiki, Lightning Lab Tourism, Just Incredible, Roslyn Storage Mill and various NZ Chamber of Commerces.
