We’re Di Jones Consulting, but most people call us DJC. Dedicated and driven, we’re a dynamic, success-focused project management firm with a reputation built on trust and performance. We provide decisive, hands-on leadership at all stages of a project - from inception and briefing, through design, planning, procurement, delivery, and completion. Our vast knowledge and expertise have been honed working (for various PM firms) both client-side and for head contractors. Those experiences have informed us of what clients want from us, and what they need from us. We listen with our ears, eyes, and heart. Our services span Project Management, Superintendent Services, Contract Administration and Technical Due Diligence. The sectors we service are wide-ranging from Workplace to Asset Repositioning, Complex Remedial works to Retail, Hospitality, Tourism & Entertainment. We understand that while project management is methodological - with every project having specific needs, required outcomes, and a clear purpose - no two are the same. We take time to understand the challenges, complexity, and nuances of each project, and to resource each one with the Project Manager who has the right background, expertise, and fit. We prioritise working with clients who align well with our values and vision, and our clients almost always come to us via referrals or through pre-existing relationships.
