Created in 2011 by David Azoulay and Emmanuel Issaurat, Di Loretta pioneered Pizza al Taglio (Pizza sold by weight or by slices to eat on-site, take away, or get delivered to your house directly) in France. Di Loretta offers all the basics of specialties of the Italian Pizza al Taglio but also impresses its customers with all its original creations and recipes. Our Menu changes regularly and varies its recipes, ingredients, and colors depending on Seasonality. The quality of our ingredients, our homemade products made on demand, and our unique, masterfully crafted pizza dough are the three main qualities of the “Di Loretta concept”. Di Loretta has been able to put in place a menu full of items that have become classics; The Sicilian or our creamy truffle mushroom pizza are some examples. Di Loretta went from being a “new trend” to being a company that captured a larger market and our customer's hearts. Pizza al Taglio has since gained a lot of popularity and has taken its rightful place as a product that’s part of current consumption.
