Diabasis

Diabasis Srl, con sede a Reggio Emilia. è stata fondata nel 1988 da Giuliana Manfredi e Alessandro Scansani. Attualmente proprietà di un centinaio di soci, è una casa editrice italiana atipica, plurale, indipendente. Pubblica libri su temi umanistici (letteratura, filosofia, scienze umane e sociali, storia, architettura) e politici (la civile, esercitata all'incrocio dei riformismi), attenta ai luoghi e alle geografie culturali- Diabasis Srl, headquartered in Reggio Emilia, was founded in 1988 by Alessandro Scansani and Giuliana Manfredi. Currently owned by a hundred of associates, Diabasis is an italian original, plural and politically independent publishing house. Since its foundation, Diabasis has published not only on humanistic issues (such as literature, philosophy, human and social sciences, history, architecture) but also on political ones (animated by its civic passion, originating also from a variety of mixed reformist experiences), being always careful to find the best cultural and geographical locations.
