Diabetes Plus With Dave

My Diabetes journey has consisted of many ups and downs. The downs always lead me to more education and in doing so I was able to turn it into a positive. Many people who are on a similar journey don't understand that it takes many downs to be able to get your diabetes under control because education is key. It's been 27 years since I started this journey and I am now at a point where my glucose numbers are stabilizing in the normal range (70–120). I feel compelled to share what I’ve learned dealing with my own issues and help other achieve their goals. I am passionate about good health and staying informed on new information to pass along to others. I work with type 1, type 2, prediabetic & justational diabetes patients. I first assess their needs and then create a lifestyle plan to better manage their diabetes. Food, grocery shopping, daily exercise and diabetes education are just a few points I cover with each person.
