Diagnostig is a Point of Care diagnostics company and was created to deliver unique devices for Mycobacterial infections. Diagnostig’s core technology centres on the ability to manufacture specific synthetic mycolic acids which are characteristic components of the cell walls of mycobacteria. This technology not only has benefits for point of care devices but also potential in a number of other areas, including prophylactic/therapeutic agents and as vaccine adjuvants.
