Dialogista

Dialogista is here to bridge gaps between Europe and China with cross-cultural trainings, workshops and coaching. The founder of DIALOGISTA — Albert Krisskoy — came to China in 1993. After getting his B.A. at a local university he started to work and over the years had an opportunity to be in a variety of roles: establishing offices and distribution channels, working as marketing and sales manager in a highly competitive food industry, being entrepreneurial leader of a sizeable consultants team and an employee in one of the biggest private Chinese companies. And along the way he accumulated first-hand experience of working with Chinese people as bosses, colleagues, employees, customers and providers.
