Facilitation, Consensus Building, and Stakeholder Dialogue in environmental contexts - helping people and nature flourish. We are experts in stakeholder participation and passionate about helping people influence decisions that affect them. The main focus of our work is the natural environment. We help people with different interests to negotiate and find ways forward that will benefit people, places, nature and livelihoods, over the long-term. We deliver training to inspire and skill others to run good quality stakeholder processes. We work to transform how organisations engage with others and provide advice and guidance on good practice. We evaluate dialogue projects to assess their impact and quality, and inform good practice. Our work ranges from helping communities solve local challenges, academics share knowledge, through to international UN Conventions and international organisations. We work on projects that focus on the land, coast or sea and work in the UK, elsewhere in Europe and Overseas.
