Through the years we have produced thousands of successful events, and we have built the Mountain West's largest inventory of party and event rental equipment. And, we understand the nuances of working with venues, permits, mountain weather and difficult time constraints. We have established relationships with caterers, venue managers and event planners. We offer a full spectrum of services, from basic tables, chairs and linens to highly complex event services such as engineered structures, power, lighting, flooring systems, heating and cooling. All of our decor items can be either delivered or picked up at our warehouse Will Call. To make the rental process even better, our open showroom offers you the ability to take a hands-on and in-person approach to creating the aesthetic you want for your event - no appointment needed.
