Dibenn is a marketing consultancy company, specialized in marketing strategy definition, and marketing budget monitoring. Gloomy economic situations have often proved to be tough times for marketers, and budgets are often dedicated to the commercial department, rather that to the marketing. Our objective is to help marketing directors define the level of budget that would best help achieving the marketing objectives (based on the company Kpis), and then defend it with accurate business case. After that, if needed, we help to allocate it throught the year the optimum way (this is the monitoring part). Therefore, we provide ad hoc tools that produce ad hoc indicators, that can considerably improve the communication between the marketing and other departments of the company, like finance or commercial departments.
