Our stock is located in house, just a couple of minutes away from Junction 11 of the M4 meaning we offer a very swift service into Central London and indeed the rest of the country. We also offer next day shipping into Europe, Asia, The Middle East and the USA. Dicoll also offer an in house repair service on all single tape and library tape drive products. Each unit is repaired in house in our repair centre with a turnaround time of just 2 to 3 working days and again returned with a 6 month warranty. We have a team of engineers with over 100 years of tape drive experience between them and pride ourselves on the reliability of our products - which is why we give each unit supplied a 6 month warranty.
