Didproekt Ltd. is founded in 1989. Our architectural designs include residential, public and industrial buildings, single family buildings, hotels, iron constructions. Most of the commercial projects need a detailed investigation and feasibility study to respond to the investments. We develop effective project program, normative order, sequence of procedures, building regulations, site investigation study, basic planning study, architectural analysis, preliminary cost study, tax and legal study and investment study within the preliminary one. We provide consultations concerning problems of urban constitution plans, regulations and building schemes of terrain properties. We also create analysis and preliminary designs over free urban or external terrains, showing the future building possibilities. Our team has extensive experience and wide knowledge in all stages of investment constructional engineering. Didproekt is a member of The International Passive House Association - iPHA. Architect Ivan Ivanov is certified Passive House Designer by the Passive House Institute PHI, Darmstadt, Germany.
