Seminars are performed in Döllach, Austria, together with partner Toni Sauper and in Bonn, Germany. The duration of the seminars is flexible (usually 3-5 days). Participants gain an understanding of the principles of resilience, learn the biologic processes of stress in brain and elsewhere in the body, understand the three levels of stress development body, psyche and brain, and learn about short- and long-term strategies to prevent and manage stress.
