Diet 24/7 is a youth-led nutrition initiative based in Nigeria, dedicated to promoting good nutrition as a way of life. Our mission is to ensure that people across Nigeria; especially in underserved communities have greater access to nutritious foods and reliable information that empowers them to make healthier food choices. We recognize the widespread impact of poor nutrition on health, productivity, and national development. That’s why we are committed to identifying and bridging nutrition knowledge gaps while advocating for accessible, affordable, and practical nutrition solutions for all. Through strategic partnerships with food industries, public health agencies, and community organizations, we work to improve the availability and affordability of healthier food options, particularly at the grassroots. Our goal is to support healthier eating patterns, strengthen family and community well-being, and reduce the rising burden of non-communicable diseases. As part of our long-term vision, Diet 24/7 also champions sustainable food systems; recognizing that for nutrition to reach its full potential, it must be built on systems that are environmentally responsible, socially inclusive, and economically viable. Together, we can build a healthier, nourished, and more sustainable future, by transforming how people eat, grow, and understand food across every corner of Nigeria.
