In addition, our firm engages in real property litigation, including foreclosures, workouts, receiverships, disputes in real estate sales contracts, leases, tax disputes, zoning matters and condemnation. Civil Litigation - Our firm represents individuals who are involved in a non-criminal and non-family law court cases in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate court levels. Civil litigation can also encompass a situation where an individual sues a business. Employment Law - Our firm handles various employment issues for employers, including litigation involving employees. We also work with employers in analyzing policies and procedures in order to reduce the risk of successfully being sued by employees. Employment litigation may include discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, theft of trade secrets and proprietary information by employees, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and general contract issues.
