We have been known for sustainable change for over 20 years. As specialists for emotional intelligence and personality development in companies, we support people in their double challenge: to lead themselves and others more consciously - especially in change. Our area of expertise lies in the fact that we combine deep psychological approaches and procedures with a clear focus on everyday business life. In this way, we support people in companies to improve their personal effectiveness. Experience in management, sales and personnel development ensure the practical relevance and practicability of our concepts in everyday business life. All partners of our team have their own specific competencies. When we conducted our training "Emotional Intelligence" for the first time in 1997, we were pioneers. We were the first and for a long time the only ones in Europe to integrate emotional intelligence and mindfulness into an effective concept for executives. As founders, we were dedicated to using our knowledge of mindfulness, self-management, empathy and life issues to develop trainings that make a difference and have a lasting impact. Since 1997, thousands of participants have taken part in our trainings. We know from a lot of people that this has had a lasting influence on how they deal with themselves and others. Our experience with deeper psychological contexts also shapes the development of the coaching qualification "Psychology of Change - Emotionally Intelligent Coaching", which has been offered since 2002. We have thus designed a further training course that integrates valuable approaches from Hakomi and Internal Family Systems, among others, in coaching with managers. Over 300 coaches have been trained by us. Our aspiration then and now: to be credible in our offer and to provide only what we are personally convinced of. Translated with
