Different Gravy started in hospitality, but we’re now focused on one thing: building a standout retail gravy brand. After launching in 2025 at The Mad Giant Food Hall in Preston, we realised the real opportunity wasn’t running a street-food operation - it was taking what people loved most about us and turning it into a scalable product. Proper gravy. Bold flavour. No shortcuts. Today, Different Gravy is developing a flagship retail gravy designed for shelves, not service hatches. It’s rooted in chef-led thinking and real kitchen experience, made for people who care about flavour and are bored of mediocre, mass-produced options. Different Gravy is exactly what it says on the tin: not a gimmick, not an afterthought - just seriously good gravy, done properly.
