Diggin' In The Cellars is a hospitality company based out of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia made up of 5 wine bars and restaurants, and an online wineshop. Since 2010, we've been diggin' deep in the cellars of the great growers and vignerons of the world, and working with who we consider to be the most exciting producers and importers in Australia. From the cold, damp cellars of Europe, to the wine roads we all know and love here in Australia, we're obsessed with sourcing wines that speak of a time and place, and sharing them with you. To that end, we pour these wines by the glass, and offer them by the bottle in our wine bars and restaurants -Toorak Cellars, Milton, The Alps, The Moon and Clover, as well as direct to your door on our online shop DITC.WINE In 2020 we made a little space in our hearts (and venues) to introduce a food offering that was as thought provoking as the wines we were pouring. This led the way for the opening of our first restaurant, Clover, on Swan Street, Richmond. A modern bistro serving up seasonal produce cooked solely over fire. Diggin' in the Cellars is a celebration of good food, good wine and good people brought together with a shared love of honest and humble hospitality.
