Our team of transcriptionists and proofreaders are located in New Zealand and includes registered nurses, team leader, medical and legal secretaries and a physiotherapist. All work is proofread before being returned to the client. Making use of the time difference with the northern hemisphere, we can guarantee an overnight service. We utilise a 'pay as you go' service - no contracts, only pay for what is typed (i.e. rate per line or per audio minute for non-medical files). Our medical experiences lies directly with NHS Hospitals in the UK and DHBs in New Zealand. Specialities include: cardiology, respiratory, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, ophthalmology, general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, endocrinology, psychiatry, dermatology and tropical diseases. Our current daily dictations come via the UK, however we are open to providing our quality service to health / legal / academic professionals in New Zealand and Australia. Dictations can be emailed through directly or uploaded via a secure drop-box or FTP site. Files can also be decrypted for added security.
