Digital Ecology

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 10, 2025, the "Digital Ecology" Information System (DEIS) was established to fundamentally modernize the state administration in the fields of environmental protection and the utilization of natural resources. The DEIS is operated by the "Agency of Geodesy and Cartography," a public legal entity under the Ministry's jurisdiction Our core responsibilities also include ensuring information security and applying innovative technologies to support the country's ecological policies. Through the application of modern IT solutions and innovative approaches, we contribute to the protection of the environment and the sustainable use of natural resources. We use advanced technologies to analyze, optimize, and securely store environmental data. By leveraging digital technologies and innovative solutions, we help streamline the activities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, supporting the implementation of the country’s ecological policies for the protection of natural resources and the sustainable development of the environment. Our team's goal is to support digital transformation and shape the future of ecological management.
